"The only okay I gave was for the maintenance of the property, this was due to the outside of the property where the parking lot could use an update & there was some water problem where trucks were parked, so hopefully they were trying to address the issue, but giant puddles of what smelled like sewage."

"This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week...

"The hotel is a decent stay. Breakfast was good (not great) and the room was comfortable. The dining area could’ve been bigger to allow for more guests to sit. There were some stains on the wall and the room’s doorway definitely wasn’t sound proof enough. Not expecting perfection, but could hear laughter and conversations loudly in the corridor. "Check-in was quick. Staff never smiled; they do not like people but are in the hospitality business. Room and floor very quiet while we were there. Ice bin out of commission. Shower curtain couldn’t keep water inside tub. Had to mop up. Only two towels in room. Security and locks on room door did not seem secure! Couldn’t access back parking lot due to disabled building badge access. Single women want to stay in safe and secure buildings. Did not try breakfast amenities. The room was clean. The...

"We had an absolutely amazing and wonderful experience. Everything was perfect for the plans I had for my boyfriend. I will definitely go back again."

"Breakfast was suitable. Room was nice although i couldn't use the dish washer, the toilet would run occasionally and trash was often left in the hallways. I also used the laundry facilities to wash my clothes but the dryers weren't working. When i called the front desk they made no offer to dry my clothes. They instead told me to call a number at 9pm. I had to hang my wet clothes around my room to dry. I felt that was thoughtless and inconsiderate of the clerk. "

"The staff at the counter was very kind and make us feel welcome at the check in. The room was nice and very clean but, the A/C from our room wasn’t working. After we informed to the staff, they immediately switched us to another room. The breakfast was okay but could be better. My suggestion is to have at least 2 bottles of water in the room for the coffee maker."
