"Easily one of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept in. The pillows were comfortable, the sheets and comforter were soft, and the night stands were the perfect distance from the bed, while not being too crowded by big phones or clocks. The room was nice and big with easy to set temperature, and the whole property was nice and quiet. There was a decent variety at breakfast (really tasty sausage) and the breakfast was different for the two mornings we were there, which was nice to see! Other...

"The only okay I gave was for the maintenance of the property, this was due to the outside of the property where the parking lot could use an update & there was some water problem where trucks were parked, so hopefully they were trying to address the issue, but giant puddles of what smelled like sewage."

"Breakfast was suitable. Room was nice although i couldn't use the dish washer, the toilet would run occasionally and trash was often left in the hallways. I also used the laundry facilities to wash my clothes but the dryers weren't working. When i called the front desk they made no offer to dry my clothes. They instead told me to call a number at 9pm. I had to hang my wet clothes around my room to dry. I felt that was thoughtless and inconsiderate of the clerk. "

"This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week...

"My room was clean but the shower faucet was a little loose. A few stains on the bedding as well. Overall I got a good nights rest. Good for when you are just passing through and need a quick place to stay the night."

When I told the front desk rep that night she kindly corrected the issue but afterwards the key still didn’t work for my room nor did it work for entry into any of the amenities. I didn’t go back and tell her again because it was whatever that night and I didn’t want to keep pressing the issue.
