"Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come "

Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. "I stayed here in 1992 and enjoyed my stay then, so I wanted to stay there again. Of course, it's since been upgraded and renovated. The check-in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when someone parked in our assigned spot (a great perk-assigned handicap spot next to our room). Our one-bedroom suite was well-equipped and quiet, even though we were ajacent to the main road and the indoor pool. The Mid Cape location was ideal. "

"we loved the place. even though it was not fully opened ,no place to get breakfast or snack . the pools were beautiful and clean . one thing that was a little scarey there were not many people staying there.but we will go back next year as long as they keep the price the same. I would put another chair in the room . no closet just hooks to hang your clothes
