"Perfect room for a quick night’s stay. Came in late and had a smooth check in. The hallway and room had a bit of a damp/musty feel and smell, but I’m guessing it’s due to the a/c not being on until we walked in."

The only inconveniences I had were when my parking key was not working. I took it to the front desk and they addressed the issue. "Our experience at the Armas was wonderful! The location was perfect and close to all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had no complaints and only positive experiences. Highly recommend! The shop right by the lobby has the best prices in town for all souvenirs, concessions, snacks, and the owner was so friendly. There is also a connected photobooth studio as well."

"Bali Posh Isla Verde, conveniently situated near the airport in Carolina, boasts easy access to the Isla Verde Beach and a short drive to Old San Juan and other metropolitan area locations. The rooms were cleaned, the staff very friendly, and the common areas were well maintained. The pool and bar area were particularly nice. My fiancée and I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again if we visit this area again."

"The location is a restaurant first, public beach second and a hotel third. The free parking is very limited and hotel staff will lie and say you can park outside the hotel when you will get a parking ticket and they won’t take responsibility."

"I had a Good time at the residence inn. The only one thing i disliked was the destination fee they charge you daily of 45.00 dollars. If you use it daily or not they still charge you the 45.00 dollars. You pay a package through expedia thinking you covered then upon arrival they hit you with the destination fee. Other than that the stay is nice and peaceful and anyone would love it."

"La atención de Sara en recepción fue espectacular. Fue muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y dar recomendaciones para el disfrute de la estadía. Excelente atención y servicio. La habitación estaba limpia y muy cómoda. El desayuno estuvo bien, aunque me quedé en el hotel el año pasado y esperábamos que fuera como en el 2025 que el desayuno era bufet. Hubiera deseado que dentro del menú de esta estadía me permitieran añadir pancakes y avena, aunque no fuera ilimitado."
