"The hostess was extremely rude and unprofessional in appearance in her purple crocs. She asked if I still lived at the address on my DL and the purpose of my stay. I explained we just brought our grandkids for a sleepover since they had an indoor pool. She said future reference the owner had a policy that states you have to live at least 50 miles away to stay here. We only live 15 miles away. I wonder how the owner is taking part in the community with this policy. What if someone lost their home to a fire or tornado? They couldn’t stay here? Also, the hot tub was empty and roped off with caution tape. Looked like a major safety hazard. "

"Room was clean but linens were old and worn. Not enough pillows and the pillows we got were old and in need of replacement. The man at the front desk seemed to be bothered by us asking for breakfast items that were empty. The pancake maker was broken. So... just an okay stay. "

"Parking is easy, the ac did not cool off the room enough, I set it at 69 and by morning it was at 71 or 72. But the room is great, spacious. Housekeeping did not come every day so our trash was overfilling. The indoor pool was decent, but there was never any towels. The towels they have are also very small, they're hair/face towels. I brought my petite 6 year old and those towels don't even wrap around her, went to go ask for more towels and they seemed hesitant. Stingy with their towel use, which I can understand, HOWEVER, again they're small towels not full sized for any human being over the age of 5. Breakfast staff was friendly, housekeepers were friendly and even front desk was friendly. My only complaint is the lack of towels & small towels"

"I knew this wasn’t going to be the nicest hotel but we didn’t sleep well. There was some loud music playing until 2 am and loud motorcycles not the hotels fault just it’s neighboring business. The bedding was stained and yellow. The bathroom was patched with black mildew/moldy looking areas. "
