"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"Classic American Motel with zero security as car part is an open car park with no fencing or edges so anyone passing by can see what you are taking from the car. Entrance is also open so anyone can knock on your door or window. Overall property was clean and location is handy when catching a flight the day. But my biggest concern was security. It’s too open."

"This was good value considering the room rate. The room was quiet from street noise and clean. A good selection of restaurants within two or three blocks.
My only concern which I expressed to the manager at checkout, was that the weatherstripping beneath the door needed to be adjusted to reduce the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door."

"It seemed overpriced. Almost $300 for one night, plus $100 deposit, for a pretty subpar experience. If you want to check out Queen Mary, go for it, do a tour, but it’s not really worth staying overnight. Several of the staff members were also quite rude- from check in, our tour guide, various staff we had contact with while walking around…For a one-time experience, I guess it was fine for the novelty of it, but I doubt we’ll be back."
