"Hotel was good and staff were very polite. Breakfast was good. Nice parking area but the AC in our room was broken and they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have any other room to offer so we had a rough night with heat and we had to open the windows to get rid of heat so the noise was too much and annoying."

"We loved the hotel and the staff. The staff, room, location and the breakfast were all great. The hotel is very well decorated and maintained and staff are lovely. You can walk to most of the touristic spots and there are lots of restaurants and shopping options around the hotel. I definitely recommend the hotel. Make sure to say hi to Sam from me, he is just great!"

"Staff was very helpful and worked to solve problems before I was aware, there was an issue. They were always very attentive and assisted with some health needs. Food at the restaurant and breakfast was quite good and their Michelin star restaurant was outstanding."
