"Perhaps the hotel is new because it was in perfect condition. The room was large, modern and comfortable. Location perfect for the city centre, but best be on foot. "

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Particularly friendly and efficient was Karen in the restaurant. She was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We went to breakfast and 2 of our party had special dietary requirements. Karen went out of her way to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely return."
