"There was a pool, sauna and steam room. I went with my 12 year old and there were times kids could use these facilities (and the seating area outside the pool), these were 9-10 and 2 hours (think it was 4-6pm). Under 16s not allowed in the heat rooms. Got towels given to us at the pool to use. Overall a great stay, nice food and kid friendly."

"Well soundproofed hotel with comfortable beds at Luton, good for an impromptu overnight stay. Food and breakfast is well below average for its pricepoint, would recommend to walk over to the terminal to get a better coffee and grub. The lobby and restaurant are airconditioned, the rooms are vented but NOT air conditioned. Staff is very helpfull and friendly."

"Four-star it is not. Have stayed here many times before but won't be staying here again uless there is a dramatic improvement. Would have hoped, having re-opened after a long closure to paying guests, that basic decor would have been refreshed and standards maintained. Instead, tired decor, worn carpets, a musty smell in corridors, and an expectation of DIY - rooms not cleaned unless requested, no hotel information in room, no water or even glasses in room... "Clean rooms, easy check in, great service, excellent location"

"From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!"

"Check in was fine and quick, team member was helpful. However, the room it self even though it was tiny, we thought the bed would be bigger. It’s smaller than a double. We didn’t expect AC in the cabin, but we did require at least one fan as it was soo warm in there. I was not able to sleep. We wouldn’t stay there again, unfortunately."

"Wasn’t impressive for a hotel with a respectable name and expect no complimentary bottles of water bottles or anything else. So for the shocking price of a one night stay it was far too expensive. The free breakfast was 3 out 10. Sadly I want be recommending this hotel."
