At booking, I explicitly communicated that I have a non visible disability with sensory accessibility needs, and requested specific room accommodations to manage this. Upon check in, reception assured me my room was perfectly suited to these requirements. This was completely false. I hauled my luggage up only to find the room was situated directly above the main entrance, the busy main road, and the bar outdoor seating...
