"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine.

"Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. "The room was not clean. I even requested an accessible room and they did not have in which that room was dirty. Then I ended up getting a smaller room with the accessible tub, but it also had mild dirt. I love hotels that don’t have carpet."

"We have spent our anniversary at Suntower for the past 3 years and love it. Our suite this time could use a bit of renovation TLC, but was clean and quiet. Great view of the ocean. Check in staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking is conveniently available but is costly. You can find metered street parking nearby. Hotel’s Sandbar Restaurant is right on the beach and offers a varied menu. Food is good and reasonably priced. Service is excellent! We’ll be back next year!"

"The resort itself was gorgeous. We upgraded to an ocean front view, but the room fell short with certain things not being up to par.. Wall outlets wouldn’t hold the plugs in the blackout shades were off track. The shower kept getting clogged. In the bathroom, certain lights were burnt out. We brought it to their attention and say comped half of our upgrade and try to make things right. The boardwalk in this area is not bad. The pools were great. The restaurants were perfect also."

"It was good,the hotel is on a great location , it has a lot fast food and stores close by, the breakfast is no really good, I just ate a plain bread with glass of orange juice,the people from the front desk are very helpful and kind , the housekeeping are very friendly.also once you arrived at the airport you can call the hotel to get a transfer but it took very long time to get me or my brother that arrives 4 hours after me, like around 30 minutes."
