"The majority of the staff were great and made our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience at the pool bar was disappointing and could definitely use improvement.
The biggest issue was the inconsistency in how the bar’s serving policies were enforced. The staff were not very friendly, and the rules seemed to change depending on the guest. At one point, the bar closed early because other guests were intoxicated, even though they also had a stated limit on the number of drinks they would...
