"I registered in the morning before noon. Arriving at 9pm the host had failed to register me as a guest. The security/front desk had no idea which room I was supposed to go to and would not let me inside. They demanded i acquire a phone number to contact the host. The host never answered the phone or my online messages. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes the security/front desk solution was that I can rent a different room but now I have to pay in cash. While they made an effort to assist...

"Everything was not as described"

"Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches. One was dead under a table. we checked in shortly after 2:00. It was brightly lit in the room. I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear. We immediately packed our...

"It was clean and great! We stayed the night before an early flight."

"Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location"

"Redelijke prijs misschien toch extra handdoeken en lakens receptie was erg onpersoonlijk meer bezig met hunzelf keuken is niet voor het koken maar voor opwarmen ingericht,al met al redelijk maar voor mij niet voor herhaling"

"This is nothing against expedia or the property as a whole. The room was terrible and i could not stay more than two nights. The A/C, and hot water in the shower did not work. The sink faucet in the kitchenette was about to break off. As for safety the smoke detector was taped over and the shower had black mold. I understand the owner has several units and most in the same condition. I ended up getting another unit in tower four that was much nicer. I do not expect a refund but somethung needs...

"The host was very committed in making sure my stay went smoothly. I had an issue where I misplaced my keys and they made sure that I got back in almost immediately. In addition, the host was always available to help solve any issues that I may have had and for that my stay was an amazing stay. I highly recommend. The apartment is walks away from the nightlife and upscale restaurants. If you do not want to travel far for household necessities there is a small connivence store in the main lobby...

"Shower was not working. The bed caved in and bar soaps from past tenants were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Need I say more…"

"Everything was great. My only complaint was, there was no microwave in my room, not enough cookware. Other than that. Very clean,55inch tv, very good people & hospitality."

"We were not happy with this accommodation at all. Door & walls were in shoddy state, aircon was dirty & barely worked, location is not good & Christian religious pictures & bible verses everywhere, including even in the bathroom. bible on the table & Christian channel on the TV. Not disclosed in the pics or the information or I wouldn't have stayed here. Don't push your religion onto people who have been gracious enough to pay you to stay in your accommodation, it's rude & unnecessary &...
