"This was the highlight of our stay in Portugal. The owners of the property (Marta and Iker) are fabulous hosts. They made us feel completely at home. As both of them have experience in the restaurant trade, breakfast (which is included) and snacks were exemplary. They make their own jams/preserves and will even cook you a three course meal if you wish. "This was a very small boutique hotel located right on one of the old streets in the city. Parking was not available on the very narrow street so we had to park a few blocks away. It is very close to walk to the waterfront and downtown area. We did not receive our check-in information. So when we arrived and rang the bell no one was there even though it was only about 5:00 p.m. . Luckily one of our phones was enabled to make calls, we were able to contact them to get the code for the door...
