"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"We booked a bigger room which was really nice and spacious with nice hot showers. However, the hotel is on a busy road, therefore noisy, despite being on the 9th floor we heard a lot of traffic noise constantly. The mattress was not good at all, if my partner moved I felt like being jumped up and nearly out of the bed…
There was also no internet for 2 days - apparently the provider's fault but they only came to fix it the next day, which was inconvenient as we didn't have mobile internet. TV...
