"Water was a trickle in the room. Room was noisy, bed was hard as a rock, small little mirror in the bathroom.
Had 4 nights here, only stayed one and we left. They wouldn't give us a refund."

"we stayed here at the end of our trip and had the seaview room, which was amazing with the views, perfect to relax. Very nice and big room, comfortable bed. The staff was very nice - we loved that we could stay until noon for checkout.
Breakfast: is a la carte - and is was very good
the beach right in front of the hotel has lots of boats and jet skis coming and going, but you are only a 5 Min walk along the beach from the main Kamala beach.
there are some nice restaurants around and a 7 eleven...

"The hotel was great! We had one of the rooms that was connected to the pool; definitely recommend! The staff was always very helpful and friendly! The only down fall is the how inconvenient it would be to get a ride to Patong due to location."
