"My family and I just stayed here this past week for my moms 65th birthday. The service as soon as we stepped out of our lyft driver was amazing. We were greeted with smiles and leis. Our bags were put on a trolly and rushed right up to our room. When we went to the lobby we were greeted warmly by Richard. "Parking onsite, very convenient and easy to navigate. Property was outstanding! Clean, kitchen included all necessary items. Patio was furnished and provided a great outdoor space (if you're ok with heights 😆). Management team was super communicative and responsive. Building was right in the heart of Waikiki -- walkable to all areas, safe at all times of night and day, dining options galore! Plus the beach at this end of the strip is beautiful...nice sand and water! I would highly recommend...

"Everything was perfect. The first person we met was RJ at the bell desk. He made us feel at home and was very helpful. And so was our maid Cel, mahalo nui loa! There is Halekulani bakery down in the corner of the building. Their croissants were unique, make sure you go there for a coffee. We didn't try the restaurant of the hotel because there were so many options around. The pool and hot tub are nice and the pool boy makes us feel very welcome. There is laundry service but you can also do it...
