"Parking is good. Spacious and well maintained no additional fees to park in the parking lot and well security along with constant patrol of the Umatilla police too. The staff are always available. Was able to check in several hours early without an issue. Air conditioning can get VERY cold if you let it lol! Worked well no complaints with that. Room is always clean as well, this is my 4th time staying this year and really enjoyed it. True non smoking rooms (all of them) well maintained and simplistic."

"Had trouble checking in. Circuit breaker blew and lights went out due to neighboring room cooking with hot plate. Room lost all lights. Maintenance came four times from 9 to 10:30 pm to try to fix it but I never did end up with any lights in the room. At around 8:15 am, front desk called and woke me up to tell me the electrician needed access to the room. I got up to allow them access but by the time I left at 9 am they still had not shown up. Night desk clerk was very friendly and helpful."

"Gorgeous facility. Quiet, clean, nice eating area. Our room overlooked the golf course, so that was nice! There was cream cheese but no bagels, which is truly my only complaint. Everything else was great."
