Staff was great and we loved the location. I would let people know that there are rooms above a cafe. We would have asked for a different room if we had known, but it wasn't too loud in the morning.

English Inn of Charlottesville
Many options on the breakfast bar (eggs, french toast, biscuits) in a dedicated space. Very clean and quiet. Tea and cookies in the lobby at 4pm daily. Updated decor and responsive staff.

Omni Charlottesville Hotel
This Omni hotel was perfect for a girls weekend. Staff was super nice and helpful, location was perfect for sight seeing and dining and the hotel from lobby to room was beautiful. Highly recommend and we will visit again.

I did not have a good stay. An accumulation of small inconveniences added up. Climate control unit had some kind of wrapper in the fan and would randomly make noise in the middle of the night. I should have switched rooms. I booked a 1-king and was given a 2-queen room. The complimentary water bottles ...
