"I had a wonderful stay! The room is wonderfully appointed, quite large and very cozy. I was thrilled at seeing it. I'm still thinking about the amazing claw foot tub! The food at the Bower House below is absolutely delicious and the staff are incredibly kind and service-oriented. I hope I get to stay here soon again. The downtown area that the restaurant and rooms are in is so charming with many shops, restaurants, etc. I loved my three night stay"

"Really enjoyed our 1 night stay- lovely room, toiletries, great breakfast, staff were friendly and the outdoor area was lovely in the sun. However we were surprised that the hotel/ pub closed up at 11pm on a Saturday evening so when we got back from dinner we found ourselves locked out. Turns out we hadn’t been given a side door key on arrival. All was resolved but was a little surprised! "Lovely hotel in the perfect location for the full experience of Bourton on the Water. Staff were friendly and informative from the moment of check in and room was furnished really nice and was very spacious. Only comment would be that the room got quite warm at night, however, this would be expected with a property of this age. "
