"Just back from Brussels and wanted to say how brilliant this hotel is. From the moment we arrived the staff were fabulous, welcoming and attentive which really made us feel at home.
The room was far larger than expected, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
It's pretty convenient for the city centre. Walking it takes about half an hour but if that's too far there's a frequent tram service around the corner that'll get you into the main tourist areas in about fifteen minutes. The area around...

"I visited from the United States of America with my younger sister. The staff were super accommodating. I even worked from the lobby at 3 AM, which is unheard of, but they were super kind.

"The air conditioning system needs repair, so I recommend you stay elsewhere during hot days. My family had 3 rooms. Two of the rooms had some cooling, but the air conditioner fan noise was terrible. It made a loud grinding noise that was not the normal whoosh sound of a fan. The third room had no cooling and a loud obnoxious fan noise."
