This is false advertising, and I wouldn’t have booked if the venue was honest about the parking situation. "

"Wasn’t made clear it has no reception or amenities and the building doesn’t lend its self to slow sensor lights. It was an accident waiting to happen. Room was ok, however wasn’t aware it was continental breakfast only. Had to leave early so no time to faff making tea. Curtains are not light proof and room was lit up like Blackpool illuminations.
