"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "

"Apart from my room which was warm and comfortable but lacked a bath towel, with only a shampoo and a very little round soap being provided, the whole place seemed sad and lonely. "Room was freezing and very out dated. Had a double bed and sofa bed in family room wasn’t big enough for 2 people to sleep on. Breakfast was horrible nothing left of anything and staff kept say 20 mins till fresh came out. "
