"Lovely homely friendly place.
They kindly let us check in early as we needed to change for a funeral.
So I am not sure if normally shower gel is provided, there was soap which I used.
Note to self 'pack some'

"Truly one of the most incredible stays I've had during my many years of travelling. The rooms are exquisite and the hotel is walking distance to main shops in Cheltenham. What truly made our trip so special were the staff - if I could give the staff and service more than 5 stars I would. They went above and beyond to look after myself and my family and were more than happy to help with my 1 year old nephew's needs (e.g. warm milk). Thank you!"

We were greeted by Penny who was friendly, informative, generous and knowledgeable.
We were made to feel our dogs were no problem.
Breakfast was fresh, novel and delicious.
Bathroom was sublime , smart and huge.
Location was perfect for walking to town."
