Convenient and cheap, but noisy

Clean room and comfortable bed, right in the middle of town. On street parking and friendly staff. Windows, however, are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the street, which isnt great at 2am.

We enjoyed our stay at the citrus hotel. It was very convenient situated in the city centre within walking distance of all amenities. Plenty of eating out options around you. Parking at the hotel is limited but around the corner is a 24 hour car car with reasonable pricing.

Good value, great location

The hotel has a great location with underground parking for £10 a night (tight spaces so careful if you have a big car). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable - a great, value hotel with everything we needed. Would stay again.

Great option for a quick stay in the city. Rooms and beds were very big. There was a kettle, iron and ironing board in the room. Very close to loads of restaurants and bars, and very convenient to walk to Cheltenham city bits.
