"The staff and main floor were excellent. The room left a lot to be desired. Stained floors and a broken sink greeted us. The bed was fine and it was mostly quiet. Disappointed in the room quality but the rest is fine. "

"Proximity to Terminal 4 is the greatest positive of this hotel. Cleanliness was definitely lacking in the room, tv didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Second time I’ve stayed here, unhappy both times, won’t book again. "

Toilet would not flush most of the time, occasionally it succeeded. Random food on the floor of lobby. Based on above experience, did not order their breakfast."
