"In room tv system was extremely frustrating was never able to get local channels"

"We searched for a room for 5 people this room was in the search some pictures had 2 beds and a couch. Booked the room when we arrived checked in went to the room very small cramped room with only 2 beds no couch no place to put a roll away. Went to the front desk to ask how or what we could do to accommodate the 5 people which is what we searched and put in and this room was listed as an option. I was told no room would they have would accommodate 5 that I can put as many as I want in the search and it doesnt mean the room will accommodate at all like it was my fault . The attitude of the staff was poor and we were told the only option was to purchase an additional room. Still waiting on the refund and very disappointed in the hotel and the website"

"We reserved 2 rooms with queen beds on arrival we got full size and twin No toilet paper Phones didn’t work Tub look stain up and has paint clipping my child was scared"

"Sadly, was not able to take a hot shower at this location. It was luke warm at best. That was the main issue I had with the place. Also, couldn't get the room below 70 degrees. The AC said 66 was as cold as it could go, but my thermometer said otherwise. Staff was great though. Pool area... was filthy. They had a high use by children though and that comes with the territory."

"Bathroom sink kept clogging. No microwave. For this type of hotel bathroom was scraped up on sink."

"I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Open and well lit parking lot near to the entrance. Room was clean, water pressure great. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and gas all nearby. Great staff. Things that need improvement: 1) No closet, just a rack with no hangars and 2) I was on a non smoking floor and the hallway still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not, thank goodness. Would definitely stay again"

"Good stay, great location, beds comfortable, hotel is under renovations, and the ONLY negative is the sliding bathroom door did not fully shut (no door handle) showing didn’t have enough shelves, other than that all good!"

"The property was so nice and the breakfast was delicious. We went for Derby week and everything was great. They had a reception on Thursday with mint juleps and even an ornament for a keepsake. It couldn’t have been better."
