Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. "This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The room was large and had plenty of room however it wasn’t very clean the pull out couch had something gross on the blankets so we used a clean sheet to cover it and I got a blanket out of my car. There was hair in the bathroom from someone else and the bathroom door had serious water damage (also only 3 towels for 5 people). "Do not judge a book by its cover. They are doing renovation in the area around the hotel. Once you find the small entryway you will see a beautiful hotel. Inside is wonderful. Staff was kind and on top of everything you wanted. Bar in lobby. Food on premises or within walking distance. Grocery store a 1/2 block. We would stay there again. Very clean and quiet rooms. "

"The woman at the front desk, Amita, was very friendly and welcoming to myself and my family. We ran into an issue at another hotel we planned to stay at for our trip to Louisville, so we booked at Quality Inn last minute. We were able to book 2 rooms with no issue, and we were so grateful for their availability. The first morning we stayed there, we accidentally confused the hours for the continental breakfast.
