"Do not book this listing!! It is a scam. I booked it and 24 hours later the pictures and address of the listing completely changed. When googling the address, the listing does not even match either! Nonetheless, all the “good” reviews are made on the same day by an anonymous user (obviously the one who is scamming). I have contacted the property multiple times for disputes/refunds and led to a disconnected phone number and no response. Horrible. Leaving this so no one else goes through what I...

"There were several maintenance issues. The faucet at the kitchen sink spewed water when turned on. The upstairs bathroom door would lock but not "latch" when closed. The hot and cold water was "reversed" in the sinks. The air-conditioning didn't work in the basement. The air-conditioning would not stay set on our selection for upstairs, this was a issue with being in the 90's outside. Other than these maintenance issues it's a great property with fantastic views."

"We had an amazing time at this house. It was clean and beautiful. Full of character and right on the water. 100% plan to go back for our next outing. The area around the house was gorgeous."
