"The property was very nice, clean and close to the beach. The owners really paid attention to detail when they were flipping this property. Also, the bed was great, very comfortable. There were a few things that irked me: (1) taking out the trash (why did I pay a cleaning fee?); (2) the 4 p.m. check-in with a 10 a.m. checkout. Too late and too early. "The place was nice and appeared to be clean on the surface, however we encountered many bugs all over the house. At 1st we noticed them around the sink in the kitchen, but then we saw bugs inside the cabinets and silverware drawer. Air conditioning worked well in down stairs, but it was hot upstairs where the bedrooms were. There was no tissue boxes any where, however there were many towel sets. "I hate to give bad reviews but upon arrival we discovered several of the beds had large rodent poo on them. Master bedroom 1st floor, bunk beds, one of the twins and the double sized bed. We contacted the property manager and I was super nice I just asked if they would change the sheets and provide us with cleaner. They said absolutely, but a guys showed up and dropped off the sheets no cleaner. We made due but My wife and girls did not sleep well. I mentioned this to the propoerty manager...
