"Great place to stay!"

"The staff was extremely dismissive and unprofessional during our stay regarding 2 separate issues. First the tub didn’t drain, and by the end of a shower was filled halfway. Besides being unsanitary, showers need to be staggered as it took a minimum of 1/2 hour to drain. I approached the desk staff multiple times, along with the cleaning staff regarding having it addressed. It never was, and I mentioned it again when we checked out. Clearly they did not care. Also, the room was suppose to have a hair dryer so I didn’t pack one. When my husband requested one at the front desk, he was told they were all out. I followed up and was told the cleaning staff would have to check each room for one which they weren’t going to do. "

"Staff was friendly. Room had rips in the rug, paint stains on the desk and brown stain spots on one of the lampshades. "

"The staff that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. Our servers at the restaurant and bar were attentive and provided special help. The building itself is long so it was a slightly longer walk from where we stayed on one end to the restaurant and conference room on the other, but I didn’t mind stretching my legs. It was fun to see a putt-putt course and sand volleyball court on the grounds, even if we didn’t have time to play."
