"Very basic motel near IU campus and sports complexes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking lot and outside was well-maintained and brightly lit. No amenities that we saw, but we were only here for one evening and only used the room to shower and sleep. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again. "

Besides being unsanitary, showers need to be staggered as it took a minimum of 1/2 hour to drain. I approached the desk staff multiple times, along with the cleaning staff regarding having it addressed. It never was, and I mentioned it again when we checked out. Clearly they did not care. "Beautiful furniture, nice overall place, great walking distance to most things in a cute town! Only issue is it advertises two bathrooms and there are NOT two. We brought this up to management. They said they would correct this listing, but it has not been corrected. "
