"There was an odour of sewage coming from the bathroom shower. I wanted to close the bathroom door to stop the smell coming into the rest of the room but the door mechanism was broken and the door wouldn’t close."

"What an exceptional hotel, from cleaners to Hotel Manager. Such a friendly and welcoming environment. Hotel extremely clean, Easy parking, regular bus services (every 7-9 minuets to Uxbridge) (1 hour 10 minuets to central London by underground). I highly recommend The Red Lion Hotel "

"Honestly, the best thing about this place is riding the Terminal 5 Heathrow Pods. Everything's very impersonal, staff are nice enough, but I felt like I had to work hard for them to notice I was even there. Everything's "Self Service". The hotel is . . . OK. Tried to eat at the restaurant, after I'd sat there & been basically ignored by the staff for 20 minutes, I got up and went to the convenience store in the lobby. "No complains. Overall it was great transit hotel. Pro: Location is perfect. Within the terminal. Easy to find. Very nice, clean, modern room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great! Worth the additional cost to get the food. Friendly staff. Check in was pretty smooth for how many already waiting. (Kiosk didn't work for us but someone helped us) Convenient with bars, cafe, restaurant and vending machines. "
