"Turned up to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking. Zero empathy or customer service. I had driven 3 hours and myself and my 1 year old had no place to stay and hotels.com weren’t able to relocate us so had to drive home. "

"Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "

"Location was great- 10 min walk to centre. Property was huge- good for hen/stag do, which it is probably aimed at. The property is tired, showers cold or low pressure/ not overly clean. Feels like it needs a good deep clean, wouldn’t want to walk round with bare feet. Unfortunately, one of our party cut their foot on smashed glass in the hot tub. Additionally, one of the children also found smashed glass on the floor in the living area but fortunately was not hurt. "

"I want to start with the very positive notes of our stay . Off road parking , excellent location - easily walk able to town within 15 mins via the canal route , quiet area & communication . All of these are 10/10 for this listing . Equally so was the price for a race weekend in Chester it was exceptional we have often payed a significant amount more! There were a few elements that let this property down which is a pity as the potential is huge for 5* ratings ! The over all cleanliness was...
