"Great location to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very basic, not worth the additional cost. The car parking across the road is perfect solution to your stay."

"Excellent canalside location halfway between railway station and city centre. Nice upbeat vibe, with dining area sharing space with reception and bar. Room cleaning not perfect but adequate, but hotel generally very good. Initially, I had a problem with internet connection on my laptop but the duty manager duly resolved the issue with "a special code". If only all problems could be resolved like this!"

"My friend and I were in a twin room, clean and tidy. Hotel itself needs updating in places - carpets in corridors, paint work - nothing major Staff very accommodating, friendly and helpful Breakfast good value Facilities great - pool, Jacuzzi and sauna used - not gym Stayed for short breaks at this hotel a few times over the last few years Will certainly be using here again"

"My first stay at the Indigo - Chester. Staff on arrival very friendly and helpful. It was my wife's 60th birthday the room they provide was excellent and even gave us a complimentary drink at the bar. The hotel and room was very clean and I would recommend this hotel to stay in."
