"When we arrived at 10 PM they did not have a room for us. The front desk clerk offered to go up and clean a room so we did not have to go elsewhere. After about a half an hour she came back and gave us the room on a floor with a bad smell, but it was not in the room. Checkout was seemless the next morning."

"We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. "The hotel is in a great area but it was ok as far as cleanliness. My shower had someone else's hair in it which is a turn off. Other than that, the room was fine. "
