"Good hotel and good value for the area. Just wish they had air suction units in the bathroom. Gets so humid in there. Hotels treat smoking like its the plague so they bolt windows and don't have air units in bathrooms anymore lol RELAX! WE STILL NEED FRESH AIR AND DRY BATHROOMS"

"Pictures are misleading. After shower the water dropped throughout the night on a metal covered shower drain so constantly heard the water drops on metal while sleeping. Victoria very rude when confirming reservations. Walls are very thin.. can hear people talking. Charging ports in the couch that has USB ports were not working because the metal prongs were bent. Very low water pressure in the showers, no vents in the bathroom, shower lever felt like it was going to fall off. Asked front desk...

"We love the Lloyd when we are visiting Stamford, the location is so convenient and the rooms are well decorated, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathrooms are great and the shower is hot."

"Not your typical Hampton Inn like you find in suburban locations. An older high rise converted to a Hampton Inn. But had all the things you rely on at a Hampton Inn. Great breakfast, including their traditional waffles! Room was spacious and clean. Fitness center was small but first rate. Attached Italian restaurant was excellent. First time here, would return on next visit to Stamford area"

"We were attend a conference and I must say that the staff was friend and accommodating. The food was good and the hotel conference rooms were comfortable considering that we had a very large group. The hotel did well in accommodating us. I was disappointed that the spa was out of service at the time of our vist but overall it was good."

"I asked the desk clerk (a middle-aged male) who checked me in for an extra blanket. (It was chilly on my check-in.) As best as I could understand, he told me that there was already one on my bed and that was all I was entitled to. Later as it got colder I asked the desk clerk (by this time a 20s-something woman) for a blanket. "Location was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. The pillows were great. Check in was very smooth. The only thing odd was the opaque glass barn door for the bathroom. We would have preferred more privacy from the sleeping area. "
