"I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time.
When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either.
A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

"I was pleasantly surprised with the room's kitchen amenities and their accomodations for our dog! Even had a dog park walking distance from the hotel. Very cozy and perfect break from the road. Hotel is also accessible to most DC destinations."

"I don’t like and rejected the policy of uploading my ID to check in. There is no appreciation for privacy and no policy for data protection.
Otherwise, the place were well-suited for my needs and the location perfect, There was no staff beyond a receptionist, and the library space, although having gorgeous woodwork and natural light, was bare and felt empty and uninviting. Not a book in sight."

"The property was fine. It could use a few upgrades though. The sofa bed was very noisy & you could feel the frame through the mattress. We had 6 people only 1 wash rag & 3 towels. I asked the cleaning person in the hallway if we could get more. She didn't seem like she understood English. One elevator went out of service. The other one wasn't working properly. I was skeptical about using it for fear of getting stuck.
The people at the front desk were super nice & very helpful."
