"Here's a polished version you can send as a complaint: The room was not cleaned properly, and the air conditioning was not working. We requested a different room, but the replacement room was even worse than the first one. I couldn't sleep the whole night and ended up sleeping in my car because I had no other option. Every other room was fully booked. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expect this issue to be addressed."

"Just don’t, the building is missing an entire wall. I reserved a room two weeks in advance and came to the property only to reveal they over booked so at 9pm I had to find a new hotel, with no refund! The place was dirty and I’m honestly glad they canceled my reservation, because I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep there. However, a notification would have been nice instead of me driving all the way to the property to find out my room was given away…"

"I liked the price but it’s old, you could hear the people upstairs loudly and the bathroom was very small. It doesn’t have breakfast at all. It serves the purpose of providing a roof over your head but don’t expect too much else. I give it 2.5 stars out of 5."
