"I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. "The room and bathroom was updated. Major issue is the soap dispenser on the wall of the tub, it does not work because of the pump. Had to use the soap pump on hand washing sink. Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available."

"We have stayed here several times and each time it has been a little more run down. It meets basic needs. We are elderly a choose this hotel for the elevator. There are steps to enter the lobby, steps to get to the elevator and about a dozen more steps to get to the room. We declined having the room cleaned the first day but never saw housekeeping again during our 3 nights stay.

"Was a little apprehensive on the stay here after only paying £33 fit myself and grandson. I needn’t of been. Yes the place is dated but it was clean, no smells and the bed was comfortable, and there was extra pillows in the room. Tea, coffee facilities were good too. We didn’t go into the bar area. Will defo stay again. Only downside was the reception staff, not overly friendly however I did arrive just as she was eating food."
