"Our stay was okay but there was construction and the pool and hot tub near our room was closed for the season. Wasn’t what we expected. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were friendly, but did not explain how to get to our location."

The lights by the bed didn’t work independently, to turn off one you got to go through turning on the other one, then the two of them and finally would all turn off. No switch next to the entrance door. Breakfast omelettes were OK, not very nice. Few bread options."

"This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues."

"stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again."
