"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

We didn't have a chance to take a picture of us in front of the hotel when we arrived, so we got it the next day. Apparently the lady at the desk didn't recognize us when we sat in front of the doors to take a picture. She came to the door and basically told us that we were blocking the door. PROS: Nice room in a good location-clean and safe with a mini-fridge, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a good shower, filtered water cooler at the entrance, Nespresso coffee maker. Transfers from the airport or cruise port were arranged for an additional cost. The Colosseo Metro stop is an easy walk away. "Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."
