"We had a great stay for 6 days in Tahai loft. The room is spacious, clean with the stunning ocean view. Since there is a air conditioning in the room, we always felt fresh and comfortable. We can see the sunset Moai directly through the balcony. The staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay, we were able to get all basic kitchen supplies for cooking simple breakfast and small meals. Everything looks exactly same as the pictures. It locates a bit away from downtown, but we all loved...

El Edificio Smart cuenta con una excelente ubicación, cerca de los puntos de interés más importantes en Isla Teja y Valdivia, puedes viajar y conocer atractivos turísticos en los alrededores viajando cómodamente en Autobús o puedes rentar un auto. Nuestra Anfitriona Fernanda, es muy profesional y te brinda un excelente servicio y asesoría sobre los alrededores. "

Unfortunately we only stayed for a few hours during the day while we were waiting for our flight to depart but wished we'd found it earlier and could have stayed longer. The rooftop pool was amazing, the apartment had a great view, everything you needed for a comfortable, longer stay. "

"Está a dos cuadras de la estación de metro y plaza de armas, lo cual tiene muy buena conectividad a otras zonas de Santiago. El baño tenía bañera con ducha teléfono el cual estaba roto y no se podía colgar y le faltaba un poco de limpieza."

"Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away. Property manager allowed me to store my bad there while I was on a hike to TDP. Highly recommend the place and would stay...
