"Bastante importante en el viaje a China. La recepción SI habla inglés. La piscina está a buena temperatura y el agua limpia. Aunque no es como en las fotos… La habitación un poco antigua y “limpia” entre comillas…. No tiene horno pero del resto lo necesario para cocinar. El personal atento y amable."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal. They gave us great suggestions, helped when we had an emergency, and made sure we were taken care of. Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"Laundry machine is combine washer and dryer in every single room. It’s convenient but not efficient. Staff are nice but need to improve their hygiene awareness, please don’t put bath towel in sofa. Hotel’s location is wonderful which is nearby subway can go to transport hub."

"The host was very helpful in arranging a car to pick us up from the airport. Communication was clear throughout our stay, and they were very responsive when we asked to borrow an iron/steamer. The unit had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, as well as a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. "This hotel went above and beyond our expectations and was completely worth it. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and kitchen area.
