"Staff was extremely rude, went to get a bagel in the morning and was refused because they were starting to clean up. We just wanted to bring it to the room and was told no. The door to our room was impossible to get into. Literally took us about 20 tries to get the key to work. Parking is terrible very tight squeeze so if you have a lifted truck or anything big like that good luck. "

"Great old hotel/hostel. Cold pool on the roof :). Everything was fine until the morning. There was a movie set construction crew building scenes in the parking lot right outside our window, so loud, couldn't sleep. I mentioned it to the staff at check out.
