"Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information.
Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...

"Location was great - 5 mins walk to Christ Church and the rest of all the stuff you want to get to in central Oxford. The free car park was a real bonus. A shame that there is no breakfast (even through there was a photo of a breakfast buffet on the site when we booked). Let's be honest, for the price this is not going to be a luxury hotel (I've stayed in plenty of those), but this was clean, the area of town felt very safe, and the lady who checked us in was super polite and helpful. "I picked this property as we had tickets for a gig at the O2 Academy and wow, it could not have been any closer! Literally a 20 second walk across the road, which when the gig finished was amazing to be able to just fall straight into bed!
The place itself is fine, could be better but as a one night stay it was perfectly adequate. The code for the door was emailed to me and worked perfectly, we had no issues. The showers are pretty rubbish (we had 2 rooms and both were the same), the shower...

Half of the breakfast items were ‘unavailable’, the beer garden outside is full of litter and there’s glasses on the wall that look like they’ve been there for months."

"Great country space. Loved the location but would suggest trying to get there before dark to make it easier to find. Comfortable bed, quiet location, great access to walking trails and not too far into the town. Easy commute to Oxford, either park and ride or bus. Great facilities in the cottage."
