"It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet. "

"This ryokan impressed me with its charm and genuine staff. We booked a bit late so had to get two smaller rooms for our family of 4, but everyone slept so solidly. The mats/mattresses and comforters are so comfortable. My husband wanted to stay at a ryokan because “we can stay at a Hyatt anywhere in the world, let’s do something different”. We ate the traditional breakfasts there wearing our yukatas, we all utilized the onsens, the staff was incredibly helpful with calling taxis, calling ahead...
