"Took too long to check in on Friday night, there should have been more than one person checking in guests on a busy weekend. Staff was lacking throughout our stay. I did not see one housekeeper the entire weekend. Our room was adequate, but there was black mold around the shower, products on the wall were half empty, a dog toy under the bed (which indicates a lack of attention to vacuuming), and most of the USB outlets did not work.
