"Perfectly comfortable Excellent breakfast"

"As an older property built in 1799 it was wonderful. The building was quaint and clean. It was outdated in decoration but that is what adds to it's charm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the water pressure. Our shower was barely a trickle and made it hard to take a shower. Otherwise our stay was Wonderful!"

"Just a one night stay while visiting old friends. The reception staff were our major interaction with the staff and both Jasmine and Stella were amazing! They were both very helpful and aware of the difficulties imposed by the extreme heat. Many thanks to both of them!"

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices that pleased everyone in our group. Easy parking in the lot behind the inn. The location is perfect for exploring Amersham and the surrounding area. We'd happily stay again!"

"Staff member Gabriel was amazing on the night shift! We had just come back from Wembley and with the trains being delayed the food we had ordered arrived at the hotel before we did! However, when we did arrive, Gabriel had accepted the order for us, kept it safe and provided us with some ice so we could have cold water to drink given it was a hot night. We are so grateful to Gabriel and his help, he is a testament to your hotel."

"Was a great place to stay to travel to Wembley stadium (a walk and a tube away - going in the opposite direction to all the crowds!) We stayed on a very very hot weekend and the apartment was in the sun. They had tried to cool things down with various fans, but was still really warm. Otherwise, was really a great place, really clean and tidy. Can use the restaurant/bar in the holiday inn which is attached. And parking was also available and really reason priced for an overnight stay. Better...

"This hotel is good value and in a good location. The beds are comfy, and nice decor. I feel the TV is too small, bathroom tap is very wobbly, and the corridor and doors paintwork is very scratched and shabby. I did put about the paintwork on last review a couple of months ago when we stayed, but nothing has been improved. Just needs a lick of paint and it would be much better! My bathroom door also looks very shabby and disintegrating at the bottom."

"The room we had was very spacious, and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff are all so cordial and welcoming. The food was delicious. It's close proximity to Heathrow was the reason for our overnight stay, and we are so glad we did."

"You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly. This was the only hotel available after our flight was canceled and what was supposed to be a 30 minute layover turned into 30 hour layover. Rooms weren’t very clean or in good repair. Shower is in the main room with a see through door so don’t be bashful lol."
