A young Gentleman on the team with a warmth and trust that said everything about the culture of this place, allowed me to borrow a book and finish reading it in the room instead of the designated lobby, which is a symbol of trust. Small gesture. Lasting impression. Sometimes when we are in a hurry to get everything done at once, it turns out that we are late with everything and this time the team showed class that sometimes Savoy or Ritz could envy. Massive „Thank you” to Adi to let me stay and finish my chapter past the expected moment to leave. She and the rest of the crew bring a level of genuine hospitality that most five-star hotels would struggle to match. "This is very much only a budget hotel. The rooms are older and linens and towels were worn. The walls are extremely thin and you do hear all the noises in the rooms surrounding you as well as in the hallways. For my trip specifically, there was constant noise even in the 3am hours. The bathrooms only have half doors to the showers which causes water to splash everywhere and so you have to put down 2-3 towels and just be prepared for a constantly damp bathroom. "
