"Luxury apartment located in a street close to the hotel and just behind piazza Maggiore. Big rooms , all facilities inside and even a sauna in the shower . Breakfast is provided by the hotel and it is amazing , full of any food you want. Further you can ask for anything else like espresso or cappuccino or anything else. Staff if professional , very kind and available to satisfy customer requests. Apartment was tidied up every day and it was clean enough. "

"The room was exactly what we wanted for our short stay. We booked the superior room with balcony. Lots of space. Modern and well kept amenities. Super clean. Very friendly staff that were communicative before, during and after our stay. Convenient, short 15 mins walk from the train station. Close to everything we wanted to do in Bologna. Highly recommend. "Decent size room, nice toiletries and the slippers were a nice touch. I appreciated being able to access my Netflix account easily. I especially liked the pod coffee machine in the room as well as kettle, sensible size cups and plentiful supply of tea-bags. The breakfast offerings were varied and included fruit and cereal as well as the standard cooked options. The bar area on the first floor was welcoming and the free tapas was another nice touch. Overall, a very nice experience. Very nice...

"Room was very comfortable and in excellent location - right in the heart of centro. Edoardo our host was ver helpful and welcoming. When there was a slight issue with water leak in bathroom he responded quickly and took care of it right away. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a well located property and although the beds were very small, they were clean and comfortable. It is on a busy and loud street, but the window closes out most of the sound. There was a major soccer match in town that evening so the crowds were rowdy and loud. It did not distub us, however."
