"Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay at Rígh Residences and wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful decoration with a wonderful fragrance in the lobby and corridor felt elegant and cozy, everything was clean, the help from reception was amazing, the location was perfectly near everything. "We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). "The apartment was huge and the location was great!! It was easy to get around, Princes Street Gardens was right across the street with a view of the castle! The apartment was clean. There was a Nespresso machine but no pods unfortunately. If you have heavy luggage, it will be difficult to access the apartment. There is a circular staircase and no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us though but I can see it being a problem for others. We only stayed one night but worked perfectly for our needs."

"Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

"The location of the property is near the all the important sites in Edinburgh. The space was well sized and clean. There was in unit laundry that was well received. The building is quite old and the units are up a few floors (no elevators) so if someone has mobility issues, this would not be ideal. Staff were extremely responsive and helpful."

"Warm breakfast food not maintained at a hot temperature and left out for longer than 2 hours, scrambled eggs and haggis luke warm and I was ill within an hour of breakfast, ruined the mini break as I ill that entire day being our only full day. When first we went out to get breakfast we had to return to our room and wait till later, there were plenty of emply tables but no one was clearing the dirty plates so no where to sit, people wandering around plates in hand trying to find a clean table. "Great place to stay! The room was easy to check into with staff at the desk 24 hours, clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to other places we stayed in Scotland. Extra bonus was the washer/dryer which was a welcome surprise for us since we were traveling for a week at that point. The location is great with an easy walk to sites. Would recommend!"

"Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. Lovley bathrooms and kitchen Great location right in city centre and is only 5 mins to all uphill to all major shopping areas and restaurants. Theatre is now t far either if you are going to a show .
